Hudson River Café
As the weather starts getting warmer and the sun sets much later, everyone wants to party outside with a refreshing drink or two. But, do you really want to go downtown for food, drinks and an outdoor settings? I know I don’t.
Hudson River Café has that and much more and you don’t have to go very far. Hudson River Café is a restaurant and lounge with a two level patio, just by the Hudson River in Harlem.
The lower level patio has a bar, tables, VIP area and room to dance. On the upper level you can have your own gathering with a group of friends and dance away to the latest hits from Usher to J Alvarez played by DJ’s such as DJ Lobo, DJ Flipstar, and DJ Enuff among others.
Hudson River Café is open 7 days a week with different themes like R&B, Hip-Hop, and live music earlier in the week. As for their Friday’s and Saturday’s, they give their guests a mix of everything.
What makes Hudson River Café a real hot spot, is their Mambo Sunday’s. Where ladies get in for free before 1:00 a.m. if you are on the guest list. If you’re not, the cover ranges from $20 to $30.
I suggest getting there a little earlier so you can have a bite of their food. A popular dish is grilled skirt steak with fries for $22. Hudson River Café is great spot to party this summer.
