Leonardo DiCaprio’s Oscar might come thanks to Alejandro Iñarritu

Following the success of his nine-time Oscar nominated film “Birdman,” Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu is off to another venture starring Leonardo DiCaprio. An exclusive released by Entertainment Weekly revealed the first look of DiCaprio in Iñarritu’s upcoming film “The Revenant.” SEE ALSO: Another great year for Mexican directors at the Oscars Based on a true story of the 19th century, the American western thriller depicts the life of Hugh Glass (DiCaprio), a fur trapper who is mauled by a bear while hunting. His companions rob him and leave him to die, but he survives and sets out to get revenge on the men who betrayed him. “He’s a brave, incredible actor.
