Beyoncé is one of the most talented women on the planet, not to mention an award-winning singer, songwriter, producer, dancer, actress, and designer.
Hollywood and celebrity circles dictate a woman worsens as she grows older. But Beyoncé, now at 30 and after having a child, is in the best shape of her life and she continues to give back to the community while continuing to reign as queen and diva.

She puts a lot of effort into keeping such a physique by staying healthy including eating the right foods and exercising regularly, rather than starving oneself to skinniness. And now she wants others to do the same. Having a beautiful body starts by eating the right foods. We might not reach the perfection that is Beyoncé but at least we can say we are healthier and feel better than ever before.
The new venture, called 22 Days Nutrition, is named after the idea that it takes twenty one days to kick a bad habit and adopt a new one, such as a vegan lifestyle.
The company is promising to deliver entirely plant-based once a week to those who sign up, ensuring that all ingredients will be of the highest standard. For customers, that means that all the food is gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and of course both GMO-free and organic.
Co-founder Marco Borges is a world-renowned exercise physiologist (according to the companys website) who has worked with clients like Beyoncé, her husband Jay Z, and their friend Pharrell, in addition to plenty of other big names in the entertainment world. He is also an author of several books about health, nutrition, and exercise, including a new one which is based around the 22 day program and is expected in April, features a foreword by Beyoncé herself.
22 Days Nutritions website is already up and running, and they have plenty to choose from for those looking to go vegan, Beyoncé style. Sample meals include curried Indian cauliflower and sweet potato bowl, winter beans with zesty parsley quinoa, ratatouille pasta with pesto and almond berry breakfast loaf.
