ACE Observes Global Day of Service in 50 Countries

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ACE Group observed a Global Day of Service on October 23. The initiative
involved more than 6,000 ACE employees in 50 countries who participated
in approximately 250 volunteer projects focused on education, poverty
and health and the environment. ACE employees donated more than 25,000
hours in the communities where they live and work.

The Global Day of Service, a tradition that began in 2005, reflects
ACE’s firm belief that positive contributions to communities return
long-lasting benefits to society and the company’s employees and
business. Projects for the day included volunteering at local food banks
and shelters, the cleanup and restoration of parks and public spaces and
supporting local animal shelters.

“Our Global Day of Service is an important expression of ACE’s can-do
culture. As a company with a deep presence in both developed and
developing countries across the globe, we’re committed to being good
neighbors who help those who need it,” said Evan Greenberg, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of ACE Group. “I thank all of our employees who
volunteered to help those who are less fortunate, care for our
environment and make a positive impact in our communities through
education.”
