Ainsworth Pet Nutrition Donates 200,000 Meals of Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® to Cats in Need

PITTSBURGH–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, manufacturer of the Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® line
of super premium food and treats for dogs and cats, announced today that
it will celebrate exceeding 200,000 members in its Nutrish for Cats
Facebook community with a donation of 200,000 meals to felines in need.

The food – totaling in retail value to more than $50,000 – will be
donated to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals’ (ASPCA) Cruelty Intervention Advocacy team, which works with
pet parents experiencing difficulty caring for their pets due to
homelessness, medical or financial stressors. They also provide
temporary care for pets whose families are seeking shelter due to
domestic violence.
