Employer” list by Forbes Magazine. The magazine recognizes top employers
by anonymously surveying 30,000 American workers at companies throughout
the Unites States. The most weighted question asked of survey
respondents was whether they would recommend their own company to
others, on a scale of zero to 10. Employees were also asked to rate
their employers on other job satisfaction metrics, like compensation,
workplace conditions and diversity. The annual survey was conducted in
partnership with Statista, one of the world’s largest statistics
database and research firms.
