bestselling author, will sign and discuss his new, uproariously funny
essay collection, “It
Gets Worse” on Thursday, July 21 at 7 p.m. at Books-A-Million
at the Loop West shopping center, located at 2605 W Osceola Parkway.

Dawson’s “It Gets Worse,” chronicles a mix of mortifying and
extraordinary moments of his personal life through his signature brand
of millennial humor! From cult-like Christian after-school activities,
dressing drag, hiring a psychic, clashing with celebrities and coming to
terms with his bisexuality, nothing is held back as these
never-before-revealed stories unfold for readers to enjoy. Both bizarre
and relatable, Dawson’s encounters prove that even when life gets hard
and nothing seems as planned, they can end up being funny when you learn

Wristbands are required and must be pre-purchased in order to attend the
book signing. They will be distributed on Tuesday, July 19 (also
Dawson’s birthday!) with the purchase of “It Gets Worse.” Autographed
copies of the book will be distributed to guests during the event on
Thursday, July 21, and each attendee will receive a professional
photograph with Dawson.

Any customer under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The
accompanying adult does not need a ticket or wristband to enter the
event.
