Cambridge Announces The Next Step® RECAP Program

Initiative strives to retain retiring associates with proven talent
and skill

FAIRFIELD, Iowa–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. (Cambridge), one of the nation’s
leading independent broker-dealers, is introducing The Next Step®
RECAP program. This initiative is designed to retain experienced
Cambridge associates with proven talents and skills, after the age at
which those associates might otherwise opt to leave the workforce.

“We are grateful and honored for the dedication of our associates who
have helped create and maintain a culture that allows Cambridge to
thrive,” said Chief Financial Officer Jerry Oliver. “Through The Next
Step® RECAP program, tenured associates will continue
to contribute mentorship, guidance, and overall knowledge of Cambridge.”

In order to be eligible for The Next Step RECAP program,
associates must have been employed by Cambridge for at least five
continuous years, have attained the age of 62, and indicate through
written notice that they intend to retire. Responsibilities for
participants include project-based efforts as well as ongoing part-time
duties directly related to the daily activities of the home office.

The Next Step® RECAP program allows Cambridge to continue to
enhance the firm’s relationship with the community locally and more
broadly across the state and among its national network of advisors. The
program promotes associate engagement and productivity through the
contribution of knowledge and experience to over 700 Cambridge home
office associates and the 2,800 independent advisors Cambridge serves.
