Dungarvin Inc. Announces Acquisition of Companion Care Company

MENDOTA HEIGHTS, Minn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AutismSpectrum–Today, Dungarvin
Inc.
announced the purchase of Companion
Care Company
(CCC) of the greater Indianapolis area. Effective
October 17, 2016 this transaction will significantly expand the size of
Dungarvin Indiana operations.

intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assimilating CCC into
Dungarvin will complement our existing service base nicely.”

CCC provided supports to more than 290 individuals with intellectual
and/or developmental disabilities. With this acquisition, multiple
service models transitioned from CCC to Dungarvin, including residential
habilitation, community habilitation and integration, respite services,
day program services, wellness coordination and transportation services.
Dungarvin Inc. is excited to have gained a new service model from CCC
with their recreational therapy services. “The acquisition of Companion
Care Company materially increases our platform in Indiana and allows us
to serve more Hoosiers in need of supports,” stated Bob

markets positions us well for continued growth.” In addition to the
services and supported individuals, CCC had approximately 275 employees,
nearly all of whom are continuing on as part of the Dungarvin Indiana
team.
