Patel is this year’s keynote speaker at the Fifth Annual Women’s
Leadership Conference of SO (Southern Oregon). Mona is the Founder and
CEO of Motivate Design, a user experience (UX), research design, and
staffing agency that specializes in helping major corporations establish
a company vision, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to
execute it. Mona is also the best-selling author of Reframe: Shift
the Way You Work, Innovate, and Think. Speakers for the event also
