2016 South Florida Senior Games, a series of sporting events held for
adults 50 and older from the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale region. The events
will be held Oct. 28 to Nov. 6 in various venues throughout Miami-Dade
and Broward counties.

As part of its sponsorship, Humana is honoring two senior athletes as

J. Valverde, M.D., Humana regional Medicare president for South Florida.
“They all serve as an inspiration to Humana associates and our members.
It’s our honor to support them in their health journey.”
