indiGO Auto Group Acquires Plaza Porsche from Asbury Automotive Group To Consolidate St. Louis Market For Porsche

indiGO’s Porsche St. Louis Named Single Point Porsche Franchise in
St. Louis

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Todd Blue, Chairman and CEO of Houston-based indiGO Auto Group with
award-winning dealerships in Houston, Texas and Rancho Mirage,
California, announced today that indiGO Auto Group purchased Plaza
Porsche located at 11830 Olive Boulevard, Creve Coeur, Missouri, from
Asbury Automotive Group Inc. (NYSE: ABG). This is the second St. Louis
Porsche franchise Mr. Blue’s company has acquired in less than four
months, and the fourth Porsche franchise acquisition for the five year
old company.

St. Louis’ Parktown Porsche was purchased by indiGO Auto Group on May 4,
2015, and opened its doors on July 1, 2015 as Porsche St. Louis Central.
Both Porsche St. Louis Central and Plaza Porsche have now been
consolidated under one roof as Porsche St. Louis, the only
factory authorized Porsche franchised dealership in the St. Louis area.
The dealership is located at 9710 Manchester Road, St. Louis, Missouri.
James Drake, a luxury automotive veteran and St. Louis native, is
serving as General Manager.

indiGO Auto Group renovated the former Exotic Motors Midwest building
and on July 1, 2015 revealed a beautiful, modern Porsche facility to
serve as the temporary location for Porsche St. Louis. This
provides a centralized, convenient location for customers in Creve
Coeur, Ladue, Clayton, Chesterfield and all of Metropolitan St. Louis.
indiGO Auto Group will construct a future state-of-the-art Generation IV
Porsche facility within the next 18 months.
