JAKKS Pacific and Headstart Sign Exclusive Distribution Agreement

SANTA MONICA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAKK), a leading designer, manufacturer,
marketer and distributor of children’s toys and consumer products, today
announced that it has been selected by Headstart International, a
leading privately held Australian toy company, as its exclusive U.S.
distributor of Ooshies™, a line of collectible characters featuring
popular licenses such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles®, and from Warner
Bros. Consumer Products. The multi-year agreement allows JAKKS to
promote, market and sell Ooshies in various channels nationwide.
