John Rotche Elected to International Franchise Association Board of Directors

TITLE Boxing Club CEO Brings Extensive Experience and Counsel to New
Role

ANN ARBOR, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–John Rotche, CEO of TITLE
Boxing Club International
, the nation’s largest boxing fitness
franchise, was recently named as one of 10 leading franchise
professionals that have been elected to the International Franchise
Association (IFA) Board of Directors. Rotche, along with the other nine
industry leaders, will take over the coveted role on the board at the
conclusion of the 56th Annual Convention in San Antonio on
February 23, 2016.

In his new role, Rotche brings extensive franchise experience and a
great deal of knowledge and passion to the position. He began his career
with leadership positions first at the World Headquarters of Domino’s
Pizza, where he went on to be recognized as the brand’s World Wide
Trainer of the Year and then moved on and served in a leadership role
with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. After years as an executive, Rotche
followed his entrepreneurial spirit in 2002 and purchased a single-van
air duct cleaning company that he ran from his daughter’s bedroom. He
eventually franchised the concept under the name DUCTZ and built it into
the nation’s largest duct cleaning franchise with more than 150 units.
In 2008, Rotche identified an additional opportunity within the
commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning industry and launched the HOODZ
franchise which he grew to over 140 locations in under two years. Rotche
also orchestrated the sale of these two brands to the billion dollar
property restoration giant, Belfor.

In April 2012, Rotche accepted the position as both President and
Partner of TITLE Boxing Club International, which is currently one of
the fastest growing group fitness companies in America with more than
150 open clubs and another 250 clubs under development nationwide and in
Mexico. Rotche’s most recent endeavor was the creation of his newest
company Franworth. Franworth is the management company and equity
partner of multiple franchise brands including TITLE Boxing Club, Spavia
Day Spas, and Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea. Rotche serves as Franworth’s
Managing Director and CEO.

“We are thrilled that these franchise business leaders will join the IFA
Board of Directors,” said IFA Chair Melanie Bergeron, CFE, chairwoman of
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, International. “Franchising will benefit from their
experience and counsel as we work to protect the franchise model and
educate the public and policymakers about the contributions that
franchising makes to the country and around the world.”

Rotche has not only had his hand in numerous successful franchise
organizations but has subsequently built a pristine reputation in
industry, earning a variety of recognitions and accolades during his
career. He was recognized in 2007 by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of
the Top 40 Executives under the age of 40. In 2011, Rotche was honored
with both the Entrepreneur of the Year award from the IFA and the
Entrepreneurship award from his Alma Mater the University of Michigan.
Rotche was also the recipient of the 2015 Outstanding Business Leader
Award from Northwood University, and recognized with 2015 The Career
Achievement Award from the University of Michigan. He is a frequent
guest on FOX Business and Bloomberg, and has authored multiple articles
for industry publications and is a frequent speaker at franchise-related
events. Rotche is also credited for creating FranShip, the IFA’s
mentorship program.

“To be elected to the Board of Directors for the IFA is quite an honor,
but what is even more exciting is the fact that I am accompanied on the
board by the best of the best in the industry,” said John Rotche, CEO of
TITLE Boxing Club International. “With our guidance, knowledge and
expertise, I am confident that we can continue to advance the franchise
business model and demonstrate its positive contributions to American’s
economy.”
