Kids Eat Free This September at Joe’s Crab Shack

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–In honor of the chain’s yearly support of Share Our Strength’s No Kid
Hungry® campaign, Joe’s Crab Shack announced today that kids
ages 13 and under will eat free throughout the month of September, with
the purchase of an adult entrée.*

Additionally, as part of its ongoing commitment to kids across the
country, the restaurant is launching its annual fundraising support of
Share our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign.

“We are proud to support No Kid Hungry in their efforts to end childhood
hunger in America,” said Ray Blanchette, president and CEO, Joe’s Crab
Shack. “No child should ever go hungry, and Joe’s is dedicated to making
that a reality.”

During September, Joe’s guests can donate to the campaign online and
during their restaurant visits. In return for their donations, guests
will receive valuable coupons to use on their next visit:

  • For a $2 donation, they will receive a $5 off a $20 dollar purchase
  • For a $5 donation, they will receive $10 off a $20 purchase
  • For a $10 donation, they will receive $20 off a $40 purchase

All gift coupons are valid for a future visit from October 1 – December
31, 2015. In addition to guest donations, Joe’s will donate 10 percent
of all kid’s t-shirt sales to No Kid Hungry.

A longtime supporter, Joe’s has raised more than $3.3 million for No Kid
Hungry since 2008.
