Lisa Burgess joins Wingate Healthcare as Chief Financial Officer

NEEDHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Wingate
Healthcare, the Northeast’s premier provider of senior living
communities, including post-acute and long-term skilled nursing care,
assisted living, independent living and memory care, today announced the
hiring of Lisa Burgess as Chief Financial Officer effective August 1,
2016. Ms. Burgess will be responsible for strategic financing
initiatives, strategic development opportunities, and oversight of the
financial and accounting departments at Wingate.

Lisa Burgess brings to Wingate 18 years of experience working in the
senior housing and healthcare industry. She is an alumna of the National
Investment’s Center Future Leader’s Council, on which she served from
2010 to 2013. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of
Finance for Post Acute Partners, a New York based owner and operator of
multiple post-acute healthcare businesses. Prior to that she served as
Vice President of Treasury & Portfolio Management for Benchmark Senior
Living and was previously the Director of Financial Analysis at Epoch
Senior Living. Before entering senior housing, Ms. Burgess held roles as
a Real Estate Analyst for Harvard Private Capital Group in Boston, and
as a Senior Bond Analyst for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff, LLP, in Los
Angeles and New York.

Ms. Burgess received her undergraduate degree from the University of
