Chapter July 2016 Luncheon Meeting in Dallas

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Women’s Energy Network (WEN) – North Texas Chapter invites you to
join them in Fort Worth on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at the Fort Worth
Petroleum Club, 777 Main Street #4000 for a Networking luncheon. Members
and guests will be afforded the opportunity to build relationships and
contacts over lunch.

Beth McDonald, Subsurface Vice President, South Texas Asset Team,
Pioneer Natural Resources will be the guest speaker at the luncheon
meeting of WEN – North Texas on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at the Dallas
Petroleum Club, 2200 Ross Avenue. Registration for both events will
begin at 11:30 a.m. followed by the luncheon from noon-1:00 p.m. Ms.
McDonald will present a talk titled, “Rising to the Top of Your
Potential” at the July Dallas luncheon. A question-and-answer session
will follow her presentation.

Beth McDonald was appointed Subsurface Vice President on the South Texas
Asset Team at Pioneer Natural Resources in the summer of 2014. She is
responsible for providing leadership focused on optimizing the
development of the Eagle Ford Shale and enhancing production from the
legacy Wilcox and Edwards reservoirs. Ms. McDonald has co-authored SPE
papers and presentations on Completion Optimization, Rate-Transient
Analysis and the importance of pressure data in the Eagle Ford shale.

Ms. McDonald joined Pioneer in 2005 as a Reservoir Engineer on their
Engineering and Development team working on Gulf of Mexico and North
Africa exploration projects. She has held various positions in the
Company since, including Business Analyst, Corporate Finance and
Planning Manager and Reservoir Engineering Manager. Prior to joining
Pioneer, Ms. McDonald held Engineering positions at Hess Corporation and
Total E&P USA in Houston, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in
Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered
Professional Engineer in Texas.
