Sheryl Maher, Chief Marketing Officer, Announces Planned Retirement

EASTON, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Phillips Pet Food & Supplies (“Phillips” and the “Company”), a leading
and fast-growing nationwide distributor of pet food and supplies, today
announced the appointment of Greg Cyr as Chief Commercial Officer
beginning May 9, 2016. The announcement coincides with the planned
retirement of Sheryl Maher, Chief Marketing Officer.

Greg joins Phillips with over 20 years of distribution, marketing and
manufacturing experience, including 10 years of pet specialty
experience. Greg was most recently Vice President of Customer
Development for Mars Petcare Specialty Division, where he was
responsible for all sales, marketing, sales operations and trade spend
management. He also served as President with another leading pet
specialty distributor and has worked in marketing roles in
consumer-packaged goods. In his new role as CCO, Greg will be
responsible for the management of the Company’s vendor partnerships,
sales, customer care, and marketing initiatives.
