Publix Super Markets, Inc. Announces Annual In-Store Fundraiser to Benefit Community Partners

More than $3.73 million in grants distributed to hunger relief and
self-sufficiency nonprofit organizations in 2015

LAKELAND, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Publix
Super Markets, Inc.
has launched its annual holiday season Food For
All® campaign, which begins today and runs through Dec. 24 in all stores.


Customers and associates participate by purchasing $1, $3 or $5 donation
coupons stationed on holiday themed campaign boards at the checkout
lanes. Food For All® is a program of making change®, a 501(c)(3)
charitable organization that has partnered with Publix since 1990 to
create a successful campaign.

Last year, Publix distributed funds to more than 175 charities across
the southeastern United States, providing them with more than $3.73
million in grants. Again this year, funds will be used to support local
and regional nonprofit organizations that fight hunger and advocate for
self-sufficiency.
