Scott Nugent joins ERDMAN as Project Executive

MADISON, Wis.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ERDMAN announced the recent addition of Scott Nugent, Project Executive.
Nugent brings more than 20 years of architecture, construction, and real
estate experience including extensive experience in integrated health
systems. Nugent managed the strategic capital planning and long-range
forecasting for the California portfolio of 73 buildings, 147 leases and
a total of $1.65M square feet of acute care, outpatient and office space
at Providence Health & Services.

Nugent will play a critical role in overseeing new projects to achieve
established financial, project, and client satisfaction goals. Our
clients will benefit from Nugent’s extensive expertise in leading and
managing complex healthcare projects. Nugent’s skills in root cause
analysis for creative ideas aligns with ERDMAN’s integrative thinking
approach to solving complex problems.

Nugent was most recently a Principal with Glynnwood, Inc., where he
provided consulting for the design and construction industry with an
emphasis on lean project delivery and small business administration. He
also provided project development and delivery management, evaluating
project risks and delivery model for successful execution. Prior to
working as a Principal with Glynnwood, Inc., Nugent was the Director of
Real Estate with Providence Health & Services in California and worked
closely with the ERDMAN Team. ERDMAN’s integrated project delivery and
his strong belief in that delivery model was a major driver in his
decision to join the ERDMAN team. Nugent received his Masters of
Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He
is a licensed architect in the state of California and is a LEED
accredited professional.
