SC Launch Presents $200,000 Investment for Charleston Company
SUMMERVILLE, S.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SCRA Technology Ventures’ SC Launch presented a “big check” investment
to Charleston-based company EZ Waves during the DIG SOUTH Mash Up event
yesterday evening. The company was accepted in the SC Launch program in
March 2014 and currently has 12 full-time employees.

Waves is an online reservation system for booking boat charters and
outdoor excursions. The software provides a real-time scheduling
capability for consumers similar to booking an airline ticket
online. Boat captains and tour guides receive immediate notification
that a trip has been booked and consumers receive detailed confirmation
and trip details. EZ Waves also provides a complete set
of business management tools for captains and tour guides including
customized web sites, real-time schedulers, financial reporting tools
and credit card processing as well as a comprehensive mobile application
for managing the business remotely.
