Swander Pace Capital Acquires Captek Softgel International

SAN FRANCISCO & NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Swander
Pace Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in
investments in consumer products companies, today announced it has
completed the acquisition of California-based Captek
Softgel International (“Captek”).

Captek, previously owned by Prairie Capital and Skyline Global Partners,
is a leading manufacturer and distributor of softgels for vitamin,
mineral and supplement (“VMS”) brands across all key sales channels to
the North American and international markets. The company currently
services more than 200 brands in 20 countries.
