U.S. Properties Group Completes Another Redevelopment Project – Knoxville, Tennessee

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–U.S. Properties Group (USPG) is again in the spotlight for another huge
project completion in mid-September 2016. The redevelopment of
Crossroads Center in Knoxville, TN is in the final stages of completion,
leased, and ready to serve the community. The 90,000 SQFT of a vacant
Walmart has been transformed into another one of U.S. Properties Group’s
successes. Rural King – America’s Farm and Home Store anchors the new
value-oriented community center (opening date slated for mid-September).
Ingles Markets, Bargain Hunt, and Workout Anytime Fitness round out 90
percent of the big box spaces (25,000 SQFT big box space is still
