Western Dental Acquires 14 California Offices From Kids Dental Kare

ORANGE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Western Dental, one of the nation’s largest dental providers, announced
today it has purchased Kids Dental Kare, a leading provider of pediatric
dental services in California.

The acquisition consists of 14 locations, including offices in
Huntington Park, Hollywood, East Los Angeles, Panorama City, Lynwood, El
Monte, Paramount, Norwalk, Crenshaw, Baldwin Park, Burbank, Pasadena,
Oxnard, and Fresno.

The organization has a proud history of providing high quality pediatric
dentistry in communities that are often underserved. Kids Dental Kare
has been a major participant in the Denti-Cal program, part of the
Medi-Cal public insurance program that provides health care benefits for
more than 13 million low-income individuals and families in California.

Kids Dental Kare will launch Orthodontics services in most of its
offices with the support of Western Dental.
