Sylvester Stallone’s son, Sage Stallone, was found dead at home, on Friday in Los Angeles, but according to TMZ, he could have been dead for three days. At first, the theory was the death was an accident, but now the case is in hands of robbery homicide detectives.
Sylvester Stallone is devastated, and has asked reporters to respect his privacy: “When a parent loses a child there is no greater pain. Therefore I am imploring people to respect my talented son’s memory and feel compassion for his loving mother Sasha”, he said. “This agonizing loss will be felt for the rest of our lives,” adding, “Sage was our first child and the center of our universe and I am humbly begging for all to have my son’s memory and soul left in peace.”
The autopsy has been completed, but the toxicology tests will take one or two months, so Stallone will have to wait a while to confirm what happened on Friday night. Suicide is not the main theory, perhaps because Sage did not leave a note, but if the results show drugs in his blood it could be a possibility.
