Training for a triathlon means training for three separate sports, not just one, and therefore triathlons put many people through the test of ultimate fitness. I feel really great and so glad I finished and that I made it out of the water but more amazing than that, I feel really great that we raised $127,000 for the Children’s Hospital [of Los Angeles] and hopefully it’ll go to good use.” Since then, she told Dr. Oz, she has felt more capable, like she can do everything she used to do in her twenties now–only better.
