Your Melon, an apparel brand that aims to make a meaningful impact
in the lives of children battling cancer, is visiting 150 hospitals and
support facilities around the country to bring a smile to the faces of
kids battling cancer. The fourth-annual Love Your Melon Day will take
place on October 20, 2016. In celebration of the holiday, campus
ambassador teams across the nation will host donation events where they
will dress as superheroes and donate warm hats to children in the
hospital undergoing cancer treatment.
Love Your Melon Day began in 2013 to celebrate the inception of Love
Your Melon, an company that was founded by Zachary Quinn and Brian
Keller while the two were in college. Since the company’s beginning,
Love Your Melon has donated more than 84,646 hats to kids across the
country battling cancer. Love Your Melon apparel is sold at www.loveyourmelon.com
and for every sale, 50 percent of profits are donated to one of Love
Your Melon’s non-profit partners in the fight against pediatric cancer.
To date, Love Your Melon has donated more than $1 million to its
partners to help find a cure for cancer.

In total, Love Your Melon has a millennial network of more than 11,200
college students that act as brand ambassadors on 709 ambassador teams.
