Earlier this year, the release of Dietary
Guidelines for Americans 2015-2020 urged Americans to eat
seafood at least twice a week in place of other protein foods. The new
report concludes that average seafood consumption is below
recommendations for all U.S. age-sex groups.

new product line answers consumer demand for faster recipe preparation
