has renewed his agreement to serve as President and CEO. Mr. Greenberg,
who created the business plan and strategy that launched EPIX as the
first premium network designed for linear TV, on demand and online
viewing in October 2009, has led the network to profitability since its
first year of existence and established it as the fastest growing
premium entertainment service for the last five years, according to SNL

A pioneer in TV Everywhere, Mark designed EPIX as an early cross
platform network and oversaw its rapid expansion across all new consumer
