UBTECH Kicks Off the Holidays With “Jimu Play Days”
Events Encourage Kids to Build, Play and Code with Company’s Line of
Jimu Robots
LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–UBTECH
Robotics, the company that created the cutting-edge Alpha Series of
humanoid robots, today announced “Jimu Play Days,” a series of hands-on,
interactive events to showcase its Jimu Robot line. Jimu Play Days will
allow kids the opportunity to get up close and personal with a Jimu
Robot and experience all facets of the robot from creation to coding and
programming. Jimu Masters will be on hand to guide participants and
demonstrate the many features that Jimu Robot offers. The events will be
held at premier shopping destinations across the country to coincide
with the busy holiday season.
“There aren’t many opportunities for a consumer to actually try out a
product before they can buy it, but that’s exactly what Jimu Play Days
will offer,” said John Rhee, General Manager, North America, UBTECH.
“We’re excited to take Jimu Robot on the road to give kids the
opportunity to build, play and code their own robot and show parents how
our STEM-friendly line of robots are both educational and fun.”
The Jimu Play Days events will feature three experience stations: Build,
Play and Code. Participants will be given a Jimu passport that gets
stamped at each of the stations. A full passport can then be redeemed
for a special Jimu prize.
