To make a fish soup this easy, you’ll need to start by pouring your clam juice into a medium sauce pan and adding your large, diagonally cut carrot slices. At this point, you can add more water or seasoning if you feel it needs it. Once it meets your approval, ladle into bowls, top with your cilantro sprigs, and serve. At this point, you’ll immediately reduce your heat to low and simmer covered for 5 more minutes. After all of this is completed, slowly stir in your plain yogurt until it’s heated through, and that’s how you make a fish soup that’s healthy and low fat that everyone will enjoy in under an hour.
