Secretary of State Clinton to speak at Syracuse University

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is planning a visit to Syracuse University. Clinton will talk about foreign policy in her “America and the World” speech at Hendricks Chapel on Monday. She also is expected to take some questions from students. A group of students unhappy with U.S. policies in Syria and the Middle East plan a protest outside the chapel.
