There will be a million different ways to enjoy the World Cup when the first whistle is blown on June 12th. Microsoft Xbox One owners will have the opportunity to enjoy it through their consoles with Destination Brazil, an app that promises to give users a highly interactive experience.
For starters, the program will keep system owners updated with every bit of World Cup-related news down to the second. Live info will continually pop up via system messages when the user is not watching games. A click of a button will send users to another page of stats and info as well as the live match.

For those who watch TV through their system, the app will enhance the viewing experience with a sidebar equipped with a live stat-tracker. Microsofts Bing will count every shot on goal, every pass, percentage of possession, etc. There will also be live polls unique to each match that users will be able to participate in.

Users will also be able to follow the exploits of football legends Thierry Henry and Edgar Davids in the Xbox Video original series Every Street United. The series follows the duo to the United States, England, Argentina, Spain, Brazil, the Netherlands, Ghana, and South Korea as they search for the best street football players.
The series, which premieres on June 15th, follows the lives of the players as they show off their streetball skills. The grand finale will see the best eight players, one from each city, join one of two four-man teams in Rio de Janeiro for the World Cup of street football. Will it be Team Thierry or Team Davids who will claim victory?

Finally, system owners who also own a copy of FIFA14 will not only be able to relive every moment and every match of the World Cup, but will also have access to a new game mode. As some gamers may have already noticed, the game now includes a World Cup tournament option (available as a download) which will be unlockable on game one. Features will include updated team rosters as well as game-specific challenges.
Specific to the Xbox One, however, is the FIFA14 Ultimate Team: FIFA World Cup. The game mode will give gamers the opportunity to create their World Cup Dream Team from every roster in the 32-nation tournament.
Destination Brazil will be available on June 12th.
