Though she loves some pricey products like La Mer (depending on the product you want, you could spend upwards of $1000), she also enjoys some healthy options that anyone can take part in. She even talks about the importance of staying hydrated–something all women should take to heart when it comes to a healthy, clear complexion. “The Mario Badescu Drying Lotion is really good for a spot, or Tazorac, but that you have to get at the dermatologist,” Lohan said to Into the Gloss about her skin. “I freak out when I get any blemishes and Ill pick my faceIm so, so bad about that. She indicated that kickboxing and running were always a part of her fitness plan, but recently she has found a rewarding workout in S Factor. “Everyone should try S Factor,” she said. “Its almost like erotic yogaall these women in a dark room doing really sexy movements. Its very sexual, and there are poles involved, but its good for you and it builds confidence and makes you think differently about how you treat your body. And you sweat so much, its so good. The class starts with yoga, and then some stretching that feels like Pilates. Then everyone starts to move around the room really slow and really sensual. Its beautiful to watch. And in the second hour youll do a routine at the pole. ” Lohan’s description of the program is fairly accurate; according to the website, S Factor is fitness that celebrates the unique feminine movement of women. It’s a mixture of yoga, ballet, Pilates, striptease and pole dancing, and aims to not only improve overall fitness, but provide women with a stronger sense of self-confidence.
