Awards season is in full swing, and the 72nd annual Golden Globes around the corner. So many great flicks, talents and TV shows have garnered nods, but who will be the big winners of the night? Will she manage to take home this year’s title for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama? She’s up against Julianne Moore (Still Alice), Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl), Reese Witherspoon (Wild) and Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything). Aniston is already a Golden Globe winner for her role as Rachel in “Friends.” 2) Salma Hayek Mexican actress Salma Hayek is expected to present at the 2015 Golden Globes. We’re pretty ecstatic to see what category she’ll be presenting on stage, what she’ll be flaunting and if she’ll crack any jokes. 3) “Birdman” We’re also thrilled to see how “Birdman,” directed by Mexican Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu, will do at the awards show. The dark comedy is an undeniable favorite among movie lovers and critics, as it’s nominated for seven Golden Globes. The vibrant flick is up against “The Lego Movie,” “How To Train Your Dragon 2,” “Big Hero” and “The Boxtrolls” for Best Animated Feature Film. 5) “Jane the Virgin” & Gina Rodriguez We have high expectations that “Jane the Virgin” will take home its two nods. The CW show is aiming to get the title for Best TV Series, Musical or Comedy, as main actress Gina Rodriguez is up for Best Actress in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler They’re back for the fourth consecutive year as hosts, and we can’t wait to see what biffles Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have in stock for viewers. It’s something worth looking forward to, if you ask me. The Red Carpet And last, but definitely not least, why not look forward to all the glitz and glam that will take place at the red carpet?
