PALM AND AVOCADO CEVICHE
Fresh and delicious, this ceviche could not be easier to make!
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and seeded
2 fillets of white fish of your choice, diced
1 can of palm hearts in water (drained)
1 large or 2 medium avocado
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon dried oregano (flakes)
1 cup of lime juice
1/3 cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, add the cucumber, avocado, fish and diced palmettos.
Then mix the ingredients with the lemon juice, sesame oil, olive oil, oregano, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
Finally add the chopped coriander for decoration before serving.
