Spring has arrived and with it, the hottest and latest swimsuit trends of the season!
Trends such as floral print, nautical inspired and sexy cut-off monokinis still remain a favorite style. And although these usual trends remain, new styles are making a splash in the 2014 Spring season.

2. Crochet
When I think crochet, I automatically envision my abuelita sitting in a rocking chair hand-making a quilt for me. Certainly, but she could be putting together the next Spring fashion trend, a crochet swimsuit! These type of bathing suits are unique and beautifully put together.
3. Retro
Retro and vintage bathing suits have made a comeback,and they are also trending for this Spring.
The high-waisted bottoms are a favorite among the more voluptuous women.

4. Fringe

Certainly textures such as fringe, mesh and crochet are making big statements in swimwear in 2014, says Lori Bacon, owner of Swimco, according to Edmonton Journal.
And of course, a must in every swimsuit collection, coverups! A solid color is simple, classy and preferred over print.
You need coverups. Anyone who has ever arrived at their hotel without one knows the value of a coverup, says Bacon. Jeans are wonderful, but not at the pool or beach!
