“Chicharito” should be presented at the Bernabeu this Monday after the traditional medical exam. The warrior-like attitude of “Chicharito” can fit his new team and reach the performance of another big Mexican’s striker in Real Madrid: Hugo Sanchez.

Real Madrid considers “Chicharito” as a perfect back-up to Karim Benzema. Up until today the favorite striker to join Real Madrid was the Colombian Falcao.

Since his arrival in Manchester, Hernandez has established himself as a fan favorite at Old Trafford, but has failed to secure a regular starting place on the team.

Atletico Madrid was one of the teams chasing “Chicharito.”  Cholo Simeone saw Javier Hernandez as the second forward of Mario Mandzukic, the former  Bayern Munich player. Finally, “Chicharito” will be playing in Madrid but not on Simeone’s team but at the Bernabeu with coach Carlo Ancelotti.
