Eva Mendes celebrates her 41st birthday Thursday, and most probably in the company of her husband Ryan Gosling and their baby girl Esmeralda.
The Latina actress is big on keeping a low profile and now more than ever to protect her daughter from the paps. Therefore, we may never know how Mendes will party it up on her big day.

What we do know, is that this Cuban-American star has played her cards right, nabbing one of the hottest studs in Hollywood as her man and baby daddy.
