Before his relationship with acting, Johnny Depp had fallen in love with rock music. Now the actor has come full circle.

After enjoying an extremely successful career in Hollywood –in which he starred in unforgettable flicks such as “Sweeney Todd,” “Pirates of the Caribbean” and “Edward Scissorhands” — Depp has returned to music with his band, The Hollywood Vampires.

And of course, if you’re Johnny Depp, the group most probably consists of the coolest band members in existence. Are you ready for this?

The Beatles legendary Paul McCartney, Aerosmith’s guitarist Joe Perry, and heavy metal singer Alice Cooper have all teamed up with Depp to make, what we expect to be, some unbelievable jams.

Their debut plan is to give a rocking showcase in September at the Rock in Rio USA event. They also plan to start working on their first album as a group.

The idea behind the album is to dedicate it to all the friends of the band members that have lost their lives to drug and alcohol addiction.

McCartney will contribute one of his songs, Come and Get It, which will be dedicated to members of british band “Badfinger”, Pete Ham and Tom Evans, who took their own lives.

Cooper, Perry, and Depp speak very highly of McCartney mentioning that “if there’s ever an ego-lever in a room, it’s Paul.”

“It doesn’t matter who you are or what you’ve done. If Paul’s in the room, he’s there. It was hard to focus on playing,” Perry told Rolling Stones.

Our advice is to keep a look out for The Hollywood Vampires, because these four talents together –on one stage or one album– is something not to be missed.
