TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Advanzeon Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: CHCR) (“Advanzeon” or the “Company”)
announced today that as of November 7, 2016, it has retained Isdaner &
Company, LLC, (“Isdaner”) as its independent outside auditors.

Clark A. Marcus, the Company’s CEO, stated that “With the appointment of
Isdaner, the Company can now proceed with completing the task of
preparing and filing all of its past-due SEC reports.” Mr. Marcus
continued, “We have been working assiduously for months assembling the
business and financial information necessary to complete the Company’s
required SEC reports. We expect to be able to file all of our past-due
reports with the SEC in January, 2017.”
