JFCS and 24Hr HomeCare to Collaborate on In-Home Services Program

between JFCS and 24Hr HomeCare, a premier non-medical home care company.
This new program will quickly link those who need expert, reliable, and
competitively-priced in-home assistance for themselves or for a family
member with 24Hr HomeCare, a top-rated, reputable provider of
non-medical in-home services.

or permanent physical or cognitive challenges, we want to be able to
quickly respond to their needs. By collaborating closely with 24Hr

advance directives, counseling, support groups, and Friendly Visitor

procedure at home, or to avoid a move to unfamiliar surroundings when
