Alexis y Fido travel to Venezuela for new music video

Since their Latin Billboard win in 2014 with the summer jam “Rompe la Cintura,” Alexis y Fido have released a new album and catchy tracks in hopes to keep snatching prestige titles at awards show. One of their latest honors is their nomination for Urban Album of the Year at the forthcoming Premio Lo Nuestro. Their most recent release “La Escencia” is up for the title against artists Yandel, Wisin, Daddy Yankee and J. Balvin. Alexis: The video was recorded in Venezuela with the participation of over 80 women. There’s also some steamy and passionate scenes. VOXXI: Why did you decide to release “La Escencia: World Edition”? FIDO: Thankfully we are aligned globally with our own record label “Wild Dogz Music.” That’s why we decided to launch this new edition and reach new territories. VOXXI: What extras are found in this special edition? FIDO: It was two remixes, three unedited tracks and a collection of new photos for our fan base.
