The future is here and Disney is leading the way into the creations only previously seen in science fiction. Now your entire Disney experience can be organized and handled through the Disney World app.
The secret lies in the MagicBands, tech-studded wristbands that are available to every visitor to the Magic Kingdom. The technology is well named as its invisibility and seamlessness with every Disney aspect makes it seem like magic.

The futuristic adventure begins when you book your tickets online and pick your favorite rides. Disneys servers take your selections and preferences, then neatly package them into an itinerary calculated to keep the route between stops from being a slogor a frustrating zig-zag back and forth across the park, according to Wired.
A few weeks before youre scheduled to head to the happiest place on Earth, the wristband will arrive in the mail, etched with your name and the words Im yours, try me on.

This has the same magical aura to it as a Christmas present, something a children looks forward to with undying anticipation and excitement. And for parents, they are now superheroes, the holders of the key to Disney, the one object that holds endless possibilities.

Express users can board a park-bound shuttle, and check into the hotel. They dont have to mind their luggage, because each piece gets tagged at your home airport, so that it can follow you to your hotel, then your room. Once you arrive at the park, there are no tickets to hand over. Just tap your MagicBand at the gate and swipe onto the rides youve already reserved. If youve opted in on the web, the MagicBand is the only thing you need.
The MagicBand contains sensors that let guests swipe onto rides and allow Disney to pinpoint their location. At Be Our Guest, the new restaurant where the food comes to you even though you didn’t order, radios in the table and ceiling triangulate your location so your server can find you.

This system essentially eliminates all the hassles of visiting Disney. No need to rent a car, waste time at the baggage carousel, carry cash, wait in long lines or worry about papers and tickets that can easily be lost.
Now, you are ready to go the moment your plane lands.
